For employees who are adjusted according to (1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, this Act shall serve until the law regarding the service, conditions and facilities of federal civil service, state civil service and local service employees is made. The arrangements related to conditions and facilities will be according to the conditions and facilities of the service before the adjustment.
(2) No law shall be made to adversely affect the conditions of service of the employees who have been adjusted according to section 6. (3) If an employee who has been adjusted in accordance with this Act is separated from the service for any reason, the amount of gratuity, pension, medical expenses and accrued leave shall be borne by the Government of Nepal. However, in the future, the employee who has been dismissed from the service due to his disqualification for government service will not be given the facility as per this sub-section.
(4) According to this Act, government employees who are adjusted at the provincial or local level will be provided with promotion and other opportunities for career development in the federal civil service as provided in the Federal Civil Service Act. But,
(1) After adjusting to the provincial or local level, the employee who has been promoted to that level once cannot be promoted or transferred to the post of federal civil service.
(2) After being adjusted at the federal, state or local level, an employee who has been promoted once in the federal civil service cannot be promoted or transferred to the former state or local level.
(5) According to this Act, the employees who have been adjusted in the union will be transferred within the federal civil service, the employees who have been adjusted in the provinces within the respective provinces and the employees who have been adjusted at the local level within the respective provinces will be transferred in accordance with the Federal Civil Service Act. (6) In accordance with this Act, government employees who have been adjusted at the state or local level and have served a specified period at that level, and government employees who have been adjusted to the union and have served a specified period in the union, in the corresponding service, group or sub-group positions at the state or local level, shall be appointed in accordance with the Federal Civil Service Act.You can cry.
(7) Opportunities such as studies, training, seminars, symposiums under foreign scholarships received by the Government of Nepal will be distributed proportionately to government employees who are adjusted at the federal, provincial and local levels.
